I thought the staff were great. Everyone I dealt with was polite, helpful, and seemed to really know what they were doing. It gave me the impression that the place is well-run and that they actually care about helping customers.

I had to exchange for a different size, and I was kind of expecting it to be annoying, but it really wasn’t. The return label was easy to get, which is always the part I dread for some reason, and everything moved quickly. Oh, and the refund came through faster than I thought too. Overall, super low-stress.

I was excited to try For Rowan because the earrings looked so cute online, but once they arrived, they just didn’t feel as nice as I expected. They had that slightly cheap, lightweight feel, which was disappointing for the price.

After only wearing them a couple of times, one of the posts bent and the finish started looking dull quickly. They photograph well, but they didn’t hold up in real life, and it definitely made me lose some trust in the brand.

Got my ears pierced here and it was super quick!! The staff was really nice, and they made me feel calm the whole time... which helped a lot!!! Healing has been totally fine so far, no issues at all!!

The packaging looked fine for the most part, maybe like a 6 out of 10. Nothing was really wrong with it, but it didn’t feel especially nice or memorable either

The site was fine overall, but a couple of the items I was hoping to buy were out of stock. Kind of a bummer, but I’d probably still check back later 🙂

I’m upset about my experience. My piercing didn’t heal well at all, and the aftercare advice they gave me felt super basic from the start. I followed everything they told me to do, but it stayed sore, irritated, and uncomfortable for weeks. When I reached out for help, they basically just repeated the same instructions like that was supposed to fix it. It really felt like once they had my money, I was on my own. I blame them for not giving better support when something clearly wasn’t healing right...

Buying everything went okay overall, but the checkout part felt kind of slow. I had to double-check my address twice, which was a bit annoying, and it just made it feel less smooth than it should’ve. Payment did go through in the end, so it was fine, just not the easiest experience.

My order took way longer than I expected to show up, and the tracking updates barely told me anything useful. I’m usually patient with shipping delays, but this felt excessive. When I reached out, the response came off like they were talking down to me, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

Tried booking on forrowan.com it was just annoying. Times shown didn’t match what was actually available, and after picking a slot, got a message later saying it wasn’t open after all. Had to go back and forth just to reschedule. Felt like nobody really knew what was going on. Wasted a bunch of time on something that should’ve been simple.

I requested a refund thinking it would be straightforward, and at first I wasn’t too worried. But after waiting several days without much of an update, I started getting annoyed and a little unsure if I’d have to keep pushing for it.

The money did come back eventually, so I was relieved in the end, but the whole process felt slower and more stressful than it needed to be. It wasn’t a complete disaster, just frustrating enough that I’d give it 2 stars...

I was impressed with how quick everything was. I expected to be waiting a lot longer, but they got to us faster than I thought and the whole process felt really easy. It was nice not having to sit around forever.

In the end, I got exactly what I ordered from forrowan.com. The items were right, the sizes matched, and nothing was missing. It was a straightforward experience, but that’s all I was hoping for

The place was mostly clean, and I didn’t feel unsafe, so that’s always a nice little bonus. A few things seemed kind of rushed, like they were trying to win a speedrun award, but nothing was terrible. Overall, not bad—just average.

My package did show up in the end, but it arrived later than expected. The extra waiting around felt unnecessary, but at least it finally got here...

I assumed the site would be straightforward to use, and for the most part it was okay. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I found myself clicking around more than I thought I’d need to just to find certain things. It’s not bad or unusable, but I’d guess it gets a little more annoying on mobile since it could definitely be smoother. Checkout was easy though, so that part was nice.

I was actually wanting to give them a try, but, the location just wasn’t convenient for me at all. It felt like getting there took longer than the actual visit, and then parking, of course, was a hassle too.
Maybe it’s fine if you live nearby, but for me, it’s just too far out of the way. I probably wouldn’t go back, unless they ended up in a better spot.

The quality is really good, and I’m happy with it overall. It just feels a little pricey for what you get.

I was really hoping to find something that felt a little more unique, but a lot of the jewelry styles looked similar to me. If you’re into the current trendy look, you might be fine, but I kept wanting more variety or at least a sign that there were different options to fit different tastes. I’m the kind of shopper who likes to feel sure before buying, and I just didn’t get that reassurance here. I ended up leaving the site feeling disappointed

I had to wait a little while for them to get back to me, which was kind of annoying, not gonna lie. But yeah, they did answer my question in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Just feels like the response time could be a bit quicker, tbh.
